The 11,000 square foot Valley Wide Country Store provides travelers with fuel, food, and a friendly smile. “We think we’re going to have a very easy, in-and-out fueling center,” said Valley Wide Cooperative Chief Operating Officer Donn Bordewyk. The travel center and its 40 employees offer Phillips 66 fuel. The c-store is open 24-7, with a Jersey Mike's Subs restaurant open 10 am to 9 pm daily. The University of Idaho purchased 6 acres at Crossroads Point® to build a Discovery Complex for their Center for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (CAFE) initiative. The facility will include a visitor center, faculty offices, laboratories, classrooms, and housing. The center’s highly visible location at Crossroads Point® will provide the public a window into agriculture, food production, water, power and energy, and provide an opportunity to learn about ongoing research. Emphasizing regional partnerships, CAFE will also feature a 2,000-cow research dairy near Rupert and food processing education at the College of Southern Idaho. The CAFE Discovery Complex is expected to welcome its first visitors in 2023.

Idaho Wind Partner's operation and maintenance office at Crossroads Point® opened in 2011. Idaho Wind Partners operates a 183 megawatts wind power project comprised of 11 wind farms located across southern Idaho. The project utilizes 122 General Electric 1.5-megawatt wind turbines. Power produced by Idaho Wind Partners is sold to Idaho Power on a 20-year power purchase agreement. The U.S. Forest Service's Sawtooth National Forest Supervisor's Office opened at Crossroads Point® in 2018. The 19,000 square foot facility houses over 20 employees, including a “Hotshot” firefighting unit, as well as recreation, fire management, and planning personnel relocated from their former location on Kimberly Road in Twin Falls, ID. The Sawtooth National Forest is located in South and Central Idaho. It includes the Minidoka Ranger District, Fairfield Ranger District, Ketchum Ranger District, and the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. It encompasses 2,071,499 acres and features 4 ski areas and 3 designated Wilderness Areas.
